However,a small underground group of Vigilantes (known as vigilante's mission) have decided to take it upon themselves to wage war against the Crime and Corruption...as well as Mayor Soros.
Vigilante's Mission chooses Glenn Sekalow,the groups best soldier of justice,to save the city. Glenn is armed with a plasma blaster and has the uncanny ability to learn special attacks from his enemies,via the emulation scanner in his cybernetics.
Glen must go to each part of the city to clean it up. Afterwards,he'll be ready to tackle City Hall and Mayor Soros.
