Wily's hold on the World was no more. After atending his Brothers Funaral,Mega Man stands on top of a roof wearing protoman's scarf and holding his shield. Mega is now more determined than ever to fight for Everlasting Peace.
Goku: Hours after the fall of Dr.Wily,Dr.Light failed to make the cure for humanity,However Goku has an idea,he goes to Kami's lookout and asks Dende if he still has the Sacred Water. Dende kickshimself for not thinking of using that sooner. He gets the Sacred Water and gives it to Goku. Goku thanks Dende and takes the Water to Dr.Light. Thanks to Dr.Light mass producing the Sacred Water and creating a special blaster for it,the World awakens and the Evil Energy beings within humanity are destroyed.
Sailor Moon: After defeating Wily and destroying his Lab,Sailor Moon,using her Silver Crystal,purifies some of the infected humans and rids them of Wily's Evil Energy beings. Mega Man arrives and tells Sailor Moon that she did great and that Dr.Light has found a way to purify the rest of the world. He also mentions that Duo is also on the job. This news makes Sailor Moon happy. And So the World was free of Wily's Evil Energy Beings,thanks to Dr.Light's Sacred Water Blasters,Duo's Powers,and Sailor Moon's Silver Crystal.
Felicia: After Beating Wily and knocking him unconcious,Felicia is greeted by Mega Man,Sailor Moon,and Goku. Mega ask felicia if she's alright. Goku's amazed that Felicia defeated Wily by herself. Felicia tells Mega Man that she loves battling evil and wants to join the alliance as a fulltime member.
Vegeta: Vegeta destroys Wily's lab(again!) and is ready to kill Wily. Wily bega for his life. Vegeta doesn't want to hear it and tells Wily that the world would be better of without him. Goku enters and asks Vegeta to spare him and that killing Wily won't solve anything. after a brief arguement between the 2 Saiyans,Vegeta decides to spare Wily. Vegeta tells Goku that he owes him one and leaves. Goku smiles as Vegets walks away.
Gohan: Hours after defeating Wily and saving the World,Gohan goes back to his studies. Goten asks Gohan if he can take a break and play with him. Gohan says sure and the 2 brothers play outside. Chi Chi watches them from the window and cant help but to smile.
Duo: Duo destroys Wily lab. Scared crapless,Wily flees for his life. After destroying the Lab,Duo goes on an excersism spree,removing and destroying all of Wily's Evil Energy beings from as many humans as possible. After he feels that he has done enough he leaves for space,but promises to return to earth to visit Mega Man and friends.
Videl: After Saving the World,Mega Man is talking to Videl,congratulating her for aiding the alliance in saving the world. Videl tells Mega Man No problem and that her duty as a deputised enforcer. Mega asks Videl if she would like to join the Alliance as a part time member. Videl excepts the offer and the 2 shake hans.
Goten: Goten celebrates his victory against Wily,but Wily tells Goten that his victory was just dumb luck. Goten gets upset and attacks wily telling him to take it back. Gohan and Trunks arrive and tell Goten to stop it. Goten stops beating on a now unconcious Wily. Trunks accuses Goten of being overly sensitive. After destroying the lab,the heroes leave. Hours after the defeat of Wily and his plan,Mega Man makes both Trunks and Goten Jr. Mega Alliance members.
Trunks: Trunks badmouths wily and insults his intelegence and leaves. Goten arrives and is proud of his friend. Trunks tells Goten that it was no big deal and that wily was kinda lame. Vegeta arrives and congratulates his son on stoping Wily. After the 3destroy Wily's lab,they leave. Hours after the defeat of Wily and his plan,Mega Man makes both Goten and Trunks Jr. Mega Alliance members.
Protoman: After beating Wily and destroying his Lab,Protoman gets very weak and falls unconcious. Wily laughs and insults Protoman. After that he leaves. Mega Man,Goku,and Sailor Moon arrive. Mega Man checks up on his brother. Protoman,dying,is glad the Mega Man is alright. After an emotional set of dialoge between the 2 brothers,Protoman passes on his Scarf and Sheild onto Mega Man. Soon after Protoman Dies. The Alliance is sad,but not as sad as Mega Man. In a moment of Rage,Mega Man destroys the rest of Skull Fortress. Many hours later,after purifying the world,the heroes are at Protoman's funeral,with Morrigan and Bass watching and grieving from afar.
Bass: Bass destroys the Lab and once again blasts Wily for his schemes for world domination. Wily asks Bass for the real reason why he opposes him? Bass tells Wily that he's not only sick of his world domination schemes,but thought that the NOD was a stupid idea to begin with. But despite this,Bass is willing to give Wily another chance,but warns him if he tries anything like this again..he'll live to regret it. Bass helps Wily up and the 2 leave via teleportation.
Morrigan: Morrigan destroys the lab and blasts Wily for his schemes for world conquest. She tells him that ever since he hired her as a personal assistant,she's been forced to tolerate his annoying schemes. Wily defends his plans,but Morrtigan shoots him down. She tells Wily that she quits and walks away. Wily tries to get her back by offering her more money..but if fails.
Frieryl: After destroying Megaman,the 2 defuse. They then make plans to overthrow wily and take over the NOD together. Wily is overtaken by Frieryl and is killed. After Defusing,Frieza and Beryl become Co-leaders of the Nation of Domination and split the Galaxy evenly.
Natas and Reciful: Thanks to The Evil Energy Twins,Dr.Wily's enemies are now dead and he now rules the world. However,once their usefulness runs out,Wily destroys the twins. Thanks to the Twins,Wily's dream is finally realized.

Wily tells her thast he'll turn her into something better. Hours later,Dr.Wily converts Lorr into a Maid-Themed Robot Master. Lorr is not happy. From now on Lorr is known as Servant Woman. Wily's ungreatful.

Vegeta arrives and congratulates his son on stoping Wily. After the 3destroy Wily's lab,they leave. Hours after the defeat of Wily and his plan,Mega Man makes both Goten and Trunks Jr. Mega Alliance members.
Protoman: After beating Wily and destroying his Lab,Protoman gets very weak and falls unconcious. Wily laughs and insults Protoman. After that he leaves. Mega Man,Goku,and Sailor Moon arrive. Mega Man checks up on his brother. Protoman,dying,is glad the Mega Man is alright. After an emotional set of dialoge between the 2 brothers,Protoman passes on his Scarf and Sheild onto Mega Man. Soon after Protoman Dies. The Alliance is sad,but not as sad as Mega Man. In a moment of Rage,Mega Man destroys the rest of Skull Fortress. Many hours later,after purifying the world,the heroes are at Protoman's funeral,with Morrigan and Bass watching and grieving from afar.
Bass: Bass destroys the Lab and once again blasts Wily for his schemes for world domination. Wily asks Bass for the real reason why he opposes him? Bass tells Wily that he's not only sick of his world domination schemes,but thought that the NOD was a stupid idea to begin with. But despite this,Bass is willing to give Wily another chance,but warns him if he tries anything like this again..he'll live to regret it. Bass helps Wily up and the 2 leave via teleportation.
Morrigan: Morrigan destroys the lab and blasts Wily for his schemes for world conquest. She tells him that ever since he hired her as a personal assistant,she's been forced to tolerate his annoying schemes. Wily defends his plans,but Morrtigan shoots him down. She tells Wily that she quits and walks away. Wily tries to get her back by offering her more money..but if fails.
Frieryl: After destroying Megaman,the 2 defuse. They then make plans to overthrow wily and take over the NOD together. Wily is overtaken by Frieryl and is killed. After Defusing,Frieza and Beryl become Co-leaders of the Nation of Domination and split the Galaxy evenly.
Natas and Reciful: Thanks to The Evil Energy Twins,Dr.Wily's enemies are now dead and he now rules the world. However,once their usefulness runs out,Wily destroys the twins. Thanks to the Twins,Wily's dream is finally realized.

Super Saiyan 3 Goku: Same as Goku's Ending,only with the SS3.
Super Saiyan 3 Vegeta: Same As Goku's Ending,only with the SS3.
Oud: After destroying Mega Man,Oud begins his hunt for dark energy. First he absorbs the dark energy out of the contaminated humans,then he heads to Wily's Lab and absorbs all of the dark energy spirits that Wily made. After gaining more power,he seeks out more evil energy and absorbs it. Soon,Oud is the strongest evil in the Galaxy.
Lorr: After destroying Mega Man,Dr.Wily arrives and tells her that he saw her battle and is proud of her. Loor asks Dr.Wily if he would convert her into a Super Warrior Robot? Wily tells her thast he'll turn her into something better. Hours later,Dr.Wily converts Lorr into a Maid-Themed Robot Master. Lorr is not happy. From now on Lorr is known as Servant Woman. Wily's ungreatful.
