Mega Allies Mega Mix: Dr. Light has created a Battle Simulator for Mega Man and his Friends. This Simulator was designed to sharpen the teams skills. The Opponents of this simulator are Holographic version of the all of the Alliences Friends and Foes.
However something went wrong and the virtual holographic charactors started to gain life and the mindset of their real-life counterparts. The Virtual Bad Guys escape the game and begin to assault the World. But,the Virtual Heroes are also able to escape.
Now The Mega Alliance must Team up with the Virtual Heroes to Defeat the Virtual Baddies. In the meantime,Dr.Light and Auto try their best to fix the simulator. Once it's fixed,the Holographic beings will disappear.

- Ultra Moves: Use these killer combos when your Ultra Meter is full.
- Team Ultra Combos: 4-on-1 combo assault. Can only use if the Team Combo Meter is Full.
- 4 Special Attacks,2 Ultra Attacks,and 1 Power Up Move per Character.
- Power Up: When the Ultra Meter is full,the Character can Power-Up...some can even transform.
- Game Saves after Every Match.
- Random Weather and Time Changes.
- 2 Alternate Costumes per Character.

- Only 2 Endings this Time (one per side).

Game Modes:
Story Mode: In this mode players must choose between either the Alliance or The Forces of Evil. After choosing the faction,the player will get to choose one of the members of that faction and than 3 support characters from that faction. This is a 1 Player Mode.
V.S. Mode: A 2 Player Mode. Choose between any Character and pair them up with any 3 support characters.
Tournament Mode: Choose 8 teams players and enter a Tournament.
Training Mode: Learn how to use the Characters.
Gallery Mode: This option allows you to view Character Endings [once you've gotten them that is],Game Music,Character Bios,and More.
Achivements Mode: A List of all of your achivements. Complete them all to unlock some cool stuff.
Survival Mode: Same as Story Mode,except you fight EVERY opponent. You can also create a team of any 4 characters. Beat all the teams and win. Health regained depends on how fast you defeat the opposing team. The quicker the you crush the rivals,the more health your team regains. One Player Only.
Elimination Mode: 4-on-4 Tag Battles. Beat all 4 members of the opposing team to win. For 1 or 2 Players.
Battle Royal Mode: A 4-Fighter Rumble,last one standing Wins. For 4 Players Only.
Wild Card Mode: A Endingless mode where you can battle the CPU using Anyone in the game.
Retro Mode: A 1 or 2 Player mode where support characters are disabled. It's 1-on-1. This mode has no story or endings.
Ancient School Mode: A Mode where all Special and Ultra moves are disabled.Support partners are also disabled. It's 1-on-1. This mode has no story or endings. For 1 or 2 players.
Time Attack Mode: see how fast you're team can beat you're opponents. For 1 or 2 players. No story or endings.
Custom Costume Mode: Customize the Main (and dlc)Characters Costumes...and even give them new ones.
Create-a-Fighter Mode: Self Explanitory. Reate you're own Alliance Member or Super Villain.
Team Tournament Mode: Choose 8 teams of 4 and enter a Tournament

RaMoon: A super computer from the Silver Millennium that was banished to Earth after it turned evil and tried to take over the kingdom alongside his Herold,RaThor. RaMoon looks like a black version of Wily's 'Devil' Monsters. In God Form,RaMoon goes from Devil-Like Monster to Humanoid Warrior. This Virtual version of the villain is just as deadly as the real thing. {attacks: black block,fist launch,eye lasers,teleport,dark trap and apocolyptic flash;power up - god form}
Ultra Mega Man: This Virtual version of Mega Man the abilities of the Mega Alliance. can summon his Ultimate aromor. {attacks: ultimate mega buster,dragon fist,kitty shock,mega moon kick,nova strike,and silence glave surprise;power up - ultimate armor m.k.1}
El Tiempo Kronas: The Leader of The Sinners Gallery. A Master Wizard with amazing Time Powers. Can become a giant demon. (attacks: time slow,speed up,sabre dance,telekenetic pull,time stop,and vicious flash; power up - demon mode)
Ultimate Mega Man{ultimate armor mk.2}: This new version of the armor can become Gold. (attacks: dash strike,mega blade,fly,mega barrier,super nova strike and ultra ability copy;power up - gold version)

Endings:
Heroes: Dr.Light and Auto finish repairing the machine. Once the machine is fixed,Light activates it and powers it down,causing The Virtual Holograms to disappear. Hours after the clean up,Mega Man is standing on the rooftop of Alliance HQ watching the sun set. Mega Man was glad to see his brother again..even if it was just a Virtual being. After going into deep though he teleports out. Felicia,Goku,and Sailor Moon arrive and wonder where Mega Man is. They also comment on how he always watches the sun set after every adventure.
Meanwhile,Bass and Morrigan are sitting on a rooftop. Both are is still upset about the revevelation's that were told to them by El Tiempo Kronas (an event that happend in mega allies 8). Morrigan tells Bass that the world won't work well without darkstalker and she can't believe that The Mega Alliance erradicates them all. Bass isn't listening and is just focused on ways to destroy Mega Man and prove to the world that he's the strongest android ever. Bass tells Morrigan that they willl strike against the Alliance soon. Morrigan asks what the plan is. Bass tells Morrigan that they just attack and destroy and that once he's destroyed mega Man,he'll join her in killing the rest of the alliance. Morrigan likes it.
Villians: The Virtual Villains have destroyed the Alliance and beaten the Virtuasl heroes. And now they have set their sights on Dr.Light. They realize that once the machine is fixed they will vanish. So they rush to Light's lab and kill Light before he has a chance to fix the machine. So Now,the World is in dangerous peril with those Virtual Villains around.
