Mega Allies 1: 2 months after Megaman and Bass. Rockman gets sick and tired and frustrated of the worlds evolving culture of corruption and perversion,but realises he can't do it alone,so he makes plans to recruits heroes to help him with his mission.however he has no Idea who.
Meanwhile,Dr. Wily is dying for revenge against Megaman and wants to create a team of villains to destroy megaman and help him conquer the Universe. He does this with help from a Saiyan named Turles and his new dimentional warpdrive.
After the recruiting is done,Dr.Wily sicks his team on Megaman. Megaman gets beaten and left for dead,though protoman arrives and brings his brother to Dr.Lights lab for repairs.
After getting repaired,Megaman figures out who he wants on his team. After recruiting what will be known as the Mega Allience,Mega Man gets a destress calls from all over earth and that wily's team,know known as the Nation of Domination,is behind it. The Good guys spring into action.

Omar Shaq: A basketball player who is good friends with Mega Man. he's awesome at martial arts. He joins Mega Man to repay a major favor. (attacks:shaqruken,slam dunk,spin kick,and super slam dunk)
Beryl: Queen of the Dark Kingdom after slaying her Mother Queen Metalia in combat. Thwarted by Sailor Moon and her Sailor Senshi on numurous ocasions. Joins with Wily to get even with the Senshi and rule earth. (attacks: nega-spike,teleport,swift strike,and deadly blast)
Freiza: The 2nd Son of the Mighty King Cold and Queen Chilla and leader of the Planet Trade Organization..until The Z fighters put them out of buisness. Now Frieza works with Wily. (attacks: death beam,fly,death wave,ultimate transformation,and death ball)

Endings:
Megaman: Mega Man beats Wily,but instead of bowing down and begging for mercy,he just tells Mega that this was only the begining and teleports away in his destroyed mecha. Later,while watching the sun set ontop of the roof of Light Labs,Mega man is miffed that Wily got away again,but is very pleased on how well the Mega Allience worked together. Mega is joined by Goku and Sailor Moon. The 3 heroes agree to work together for a better future.
Sailor Moon: After defeating Wily,Sailor Moon goes back home to tell the other Sailor Senshi about her adventure and that she'll be leaving the Sailor Senshi to join up with the Mega Alliance. After some complaints,the girls respect Sailor Moon's decision.
Goku: Goku defeats Wily and gives him a scolding. After that he walks away. Later,at home,Goku is eating up a storm and says that fighting evil sure makes a guy hungry.
Bomberman: After the fall of Wily,Bomberman is talking to Mega Man and decides to go back home. After talking about it. Bomberman goes home via the rocket he came in.
Rush: Wily is stupified at the fact that he was beaten by a Dog. Rush leaves for home. Wily still can't believe that the Nation was defeated by a Dog.
Vegeta: Veget defeats Wily and calls him pathetic. Vegeta has beaten Wily and saved the world before Goku and is pleased. Later on,Vegeta and Goku are competing in an eating contest.
Gohan: After beating Wily,Gohan is doing school work at home and is secretly anticipating the next attack by Wily and the Nation.
Piccolo: Piccolo is watching Gohan train with his dad and tells himself that there will be more battles and that they haven't heard the last of the LOD.
Omar Shag: After the battle with Wily,Mega Man,Goku,and Sailor Moon are at an All-Star charity B-Ball game,where Omar is playing in. Omar's team wins. In a victory speach,he thanks Mega Man for his support and that his debt to him is payed.
Protoman: Protoman is on a rooftop at night,thinking about the NOD and his unstable core. He then decides that if death wants him,then it can have him. But until then,he'll continue to help his brother.
Beryl: After the battle with Mega Man,Beryl challanges Wily for the leadership of the NOD. Wily excepts and defeats Beryl in his mecha. Wily tells Beryl that he's the only worthy leader of this group. Beryl is angry.
Freiza: After the battle with Mega Man,Frieza challanges Wily for the leadership of the NOD.Wily excepts and defeats Frieza in his mecha. Frieza knows when he's beat and tells Wily that he wins and is the true leader of the Nation...for now.
Beast-O: After destroying Mega Man,Beast-O goes on a killing spree until he's destroyed by Super Saiyans Gotenks and Gogeta.
Fusor: After beating Mega Man,Fusor celebrates by blowing stuff up. He than grows tired of earth and goes back to his homeworld.
Turles: After destroying Megaman,Turles goes after Wily and kills him. Turles takes command of the NOD and Wilys the Robot Masters. Under Turles' leadership,the NOD conquers the Galaxy.
Bass and Treble: After beating Wily,Bass(along with treble) mocks Wily's latest attemt on ruling the universe. Wily calls Bass a Brat and that he makes him sick. After Bass hits Wily and Treble bites him,The Duo leave to seek some thrills.
