Story: In the world of the future, Super Humans and Normals live peacefully. one super powerful madman, known as Mr. Ba'al, wants to destroy the human race and enslave the Supers. To do this he needs more power: the souls of the strongest super humans.

Posing as his billionaire alter ego, Mr. Ba'al, holds a tournament and the winner will get their soul stolen, though he never reveals that to the contestants, who think that this is just another private tournament to earn more experience and money.

Gameplay Info:

- Choose from 12 (initially) Fighters.

- Battle against 12 Warriors and the 4 the Bosses. The Battle against each of the Warriors is Random.

-  The Fighters Combo Meter: The FC Meter has 4 levels. Level 1 lets you use Special Moves. The 2nd Level lets you use Level 1 Super Attacks. The 3rd Lets you use Level 2 Supers. And Level 4 Let's you use the Fatal Attacks. The Meters decrease every time a special or super move is used. The Meter will gradually fill up when an attack hits.

- The Rage Meter: The Rage Meter fills gradually each time a fighter preforms a basic combo. When full, The Rage Meter increases the strength and speed of the Player. If done right,you can preform a Rage Combo that can kill the opponent. The rage meter will gradually drain when the Rage Combo is activated.

- Fatal Attacks: These Attacks end the fight instantly if they hit. These Moves are non-blockable, but they can be dodged.

- Bonus Rounds: After every 4 opponents, you will be treated to a Bonus Round. 

- Hidden Boss: A hidden Final Boss. Like with the other bosses, he's unlockable.

- Large stages.

- Flight Capabilities for all fighters (can do this from the get-go).

Game Modes:

Game Start: Play the Game. 1 or 2 Players.

Vs. Mode: 2 Player Vs. Mode. 2 Player Only.

Tournament Mode: A traditional 8 fighter tournament. For 1-8 Players

Survival Mode: A 1 Player Only Mode where you fight all 16 fighters 1 after the other. Heath isn't restored after every fight.

Options: Change the Button Configuration, Game Speed, Time Limit, and it's Difficulty.

Bonus Stages: Once after beating 4 opponents, you will play a Bonus Round. Each Round will end when either You succeed or run out of time. 

Car Destroy: You have 60 seconds to destroy a Car.

Moving Target: You Have 70 Seconds to destroy 20 Moving Targets.

Smash Cousins: You get 80 Seconds to knock your opponent off the ledge. The Round also ends when You get knocked off yourself.

Bio: A Nomadic Fighter always looking to improve his skills as a martial artist. A stern warrior who won't do favors unless he owes them.

Ending: After Winning the Tournament, Darien is satisfied with the various challenges he faced at this tournament. With that, he decides to enter the next one. Until then, he will continue to search for the next Martial Arts Challenge. Darien won't rest until he reaches his limit as a fighter...and maybe go beyond that. .


Satoshi
Bio: A fighter who loves the thrill of the fight. Trained with Darien Chiba when they were young. He considers himself Chiba's greatest rival.

Ending: After winning the Tournament, Satoshi is greeted by his Rival and friend Darien Chiba. Chiba congratulates Satoshi on his win and challenges him to a rematch. Satoshi tells him next time and that Ba'al took too much out of him. Darien asks when? Satoshi tells him the next time he visits Tokyo. Suddenly, Satoshi changes his mind and decides to give Darien his rematch. The 2 prepare to fight and the screen whites out. 


Rory McCoy
Bio: A British MI6 Agent, who's a cyborg. He enters the tournament to seek out the Criminal organization of Vice Law, who he believes is at this tournament. When he finds them, he'll put them behind bars.

Ending: Rory defeat Mr. Ba'al and questions him about the leader of Vice Law. Ba'al laughs and reveals to him that he is the organizations leader. Rory is stunned at the revelation. As Rory proceeds to arrest the Evil Man, he is shot in the head, neck, back, leg, and arm, by one of Vice Law's Soldiers. Rory is left for dead as Mr. Ba'al makes his escape.

Zokk
Bio: A crazy genetically enhanced chimp who wants to kill humans. He's nuts.

Bio: A pretty,agile, and strong fighter with a great sense of justice. When she learns that the man who killed her family will be at the tournament, she enters it, seeking revenge.

Fatal: Leg Scissor Neck Snap
Ending: Mai-Lin defeats Mr. Ba'al and then threatens to kill him, like he killed her father, mother, and 5-year-old brother. She asks him why? Ba'al tells her that he needed the land that her father owned and when he was denied he killed him and everyone in the village. Mai-Lin, full of rage, decides not to kill Ba'al. Her reason: she doesn't want to be a murderer like him. Ba'al calls her weak and pathetic and escapes. Mai-Lin promises that they'll meet again.


Mighty Bolkov
Bio: A huge Russian Wrestler with a big heart and a strong sense of Ruski Patriotism. He enters the tournament to prove that Russian Wrestlers are the greatest fighters.

Bio: A federal agent sent to investigate the tournament. The US government suspects that Vice Law was behind an assault on the White House. The US Government also suspects that the mastermind behind Vice Law might be Mr.Ba'al.

Vigilante's Mission: In 2518,Crime and Perversion are on the rise in Gotha City.Law Enforcement is non-existant thanks to the corrupt Polititions and their main Man,Mayor Ralph Soros. Scorsha v. Yukidama: Rival Ninjas: For 300 years The Okinawan Based Ryuujin the Hong Kong Based ShenLong Kai have been bitter rivals....and often times mortal Enemies. These 2 Ninja Clans each have a Star Member. They are: Scorsha of The Shenlong Kai and Yukidama of The Ryuujin.

Scorsha (who's birth name is unknown) was born with the ability to control Fire and because of this,she is concidered one of the strongest Women in the World. Scorcha,along with her younger brother,became a member of the Shenlong Kai when she was 15. Her Father was a member since his Tween years and has made assistant Headmaster. Scorsha quickly gained in the ranks of The Clan and became its #1 Ninja.

Yukidama,on the otherhand,had to gain her powers. Ever since she was small,Yukidama (who's real name is unknown)trained hard in the ninja arts within the Ryuujin Compound. However,She wanted more power,so that she could become the greatest warrior in the universe. After learning about the Jewel of Gods,a gem that could give its holder Special Powers,Yukidamas set out to capture the Gem deep within the Budi Temple in Napal,where it was located.

When she found the Jewel of Gods,Yukidama took it and was granted powers of The Wintery Goddess. With her new Ice Powers,Yukidama became a force to be reconed with and The Ryuujin's #1 Ninja.

Both Yukidama and Scorsha have been given a mission to steal the Scrolls of Gouki by their respective Grand Masters. These Scrolls belong to Japan's Greatest Ninja Clan,The Akusen'nin. And now,for the very first Time,these 2 Barefoot Ninja's are gonna cross paths.

American Pokemon Ideas:

Light Type: A new type that has to do with the forces of light as well as healing (it's primary job).This type is strong against Poison,Ghost,and Dark (though those attack types do normal damage). But weak against Dragon and ineffective against Steel.

Steel is Now Super Effective against Dragon.

Team Progressive: the evil team of the region. Use Pokemon for Political gain. They want to control the world and kill any opposition..and are very close to their goal. They are pretty popular.mainly because people are unaware of Progressives true intentions.

10 Gyms,6 Elites,a Champion,and Tag (double battle) Champions.

Plot: Collect 10 Gym metals to enter the UR League and battle the Elites. However,along the way you encounter evil forces and organizations.

Legend of the Chaos': The 6 Chaos' exist only for destruction. They caused havoc and death everywhere they went. Eventually they were sealed up by Lion-Oh's Order Knights,twin Pokemon with awesome power of Justice. Wolfang,to this day,has been plotting to release the Chaos' from their prison.

The Trio of Balance: Wolfang wants to kill all Humans and have Pokemon rule the world. He represents evil. Wukong is a warrior monkey who is the keeper of balance between good and evil. He represence balance. Lion-Oh is the Planet's guardian. he represents good. If Wukong should die sans an heir,both Wolfang and Lion-Oh will gain ultimate power...power that they can't control. Should either Wolfang or Lion-Oh die,Wukong will lose half his lifeforce. If both die,Wukong dies. If all 3 die,The 6 Chaos' will become Goddessess and the World will be destroyed.

Missingno's Origins: Back when the world was just born,Arceus created a "bata tester" pokemon to test out the various lands and areas to figure out which pokemon went where. This pokemon was also usewd to plan out what types would be assigned to what pokemon. During that time,The Pokemon started getting scient and gained a personality of it's own. Arceus decided to destroy the Pokemon,due to his usefulness being outlived. However,the Pokemon resisted and stood up to Arceus. After a epic battle,the Pokemon went into hiding,so that Arceus would never find and terminate him. Arceus decided to forget about the Beta Tester for now and create the monsters. Because he lacked an official number and was a Beta Tester,the Pokemon was dubbed Missingno.(aka missing number) by his fans and Pokemon Researchers. He uses multiple forms as disguses to hide from Arceus and his minions. He just wants to live in peace.

Emurata: Emurata was a Pokemon that was created by Arceus using Missingno's DNA. Her mission is to find and destroy Missingno.

Skelesin: The Bone Pokemon. It is believed that this pokemon species is the skeletal remains of humans. It lives in graveyards and chases intruders of it's home. Zombivice: The Living Dead Pokemon. By use of the Demonic 'Hell Stone',Skelesin will evolve into this creature. This Pokemon is said to rise from their graves and terrorize people on a moonless night.This Pokemon is said to be the remains of a human-shaped pokemon.(ghost/dark).

Khamy: The Camouflage Pokemon. This Small Chameleon Pokemon blends in with it's surroundings to hide from enemies..as well as eager young trainers who it feels is unworthy to be it's trainer. It's tounge is almost as lengthy as it's Adult Counterpart,Khameleao. It's most favorite food is Flies. (normal)

Khameleao: The Camouflage Pokemon. This Chameleon Pokemon blends in with it's surroundings to surprise it's pray.It's strong tounge can reach great distances. This Pokemon's s very fast on the draw with it's lengthy toungue. It's favorite food is Bug Pokemon. (normal)

The Akusen'nin: After the Tournament,Life continues as usual for The Akusen'nin. With the financial increase they got from the prize money,The Aku'Sennen make life in Japan a living hell. The Fist Clan: After Destroying The Hun Clan,The Fist Clan is disappointed that the tournament is over. Still itching for a Fight,The Fist Clan members enter other tournaments. In one such Tournament,they become Rival's with China's own,The Chintai.

The Regal Ninja Force: After saving the World from The Hun Clan,The Regal Ninja Force are given a heroes welcome by their Grand Master when they arrive back home. Soon after,The Royal Family hears about the British Ninja's and gives them Honors in a special ceremony.

El Mysterioso Temple: After winning the Tournament and gaining the prize Money,The Members of El Mysterioso waste no time to buy food and drink for the Villages of Brazil. True to Thier name,The Clan secretly buys and gives the food and drink to the villages,leaving the villagers of those villages wondering who their saviors could be.

Los Banditos Negro Gang: Terror strikes the Streets of Mexico,all thanks to The Los Banditos Negro Gang. Thanks to the money they made from the tournament,The Mexican Ninja Gang is well funded. After conquering Mexico,Los Banditos Negro sets it's sights on The U.S.

Game Idea: Mega Allies 9

21XX. A new force has risen. They are the Counter Allience,a very evil group that was formed weeks after the allience was first formed. The Counter Allience have kept themselves hidden until they were ready to tackle Mega Man and his friends. For years they have watch the Alliances every move and now they are ready and have begun showing themselves.

The Counter Allience loves to make videos of their evil doings and sell copies all over the net and even in some video stores. These videos sell really well,especially with the youth of the world,who just love them for their badass attitude and entertainment factor.

Leading this vile group is the mysterious Dr. Right. Dr. Right is the most evil scientist in existence now that Dr.Wily is dead. He hates Mega Man and anything to do with Dr. Thomas Light.

Mega has gone on a mission to Skull Fortress to get the data needed to cure Wily's advanced virus and to swipe his invention plans (so dr.light can build and use those evil gagets for good.),Mega also hopes to find Zero's blueprints,so that Dr.Light can better understand Zero's inner workings better.

The rest of Allience (goku,sailor moon,and felicia) is captured by the Counter Allience in Mega's absence. The only one who knows about this is Francesca Doropie,who leaves to find Mega Man and warn him.

Gameplay Mechanics:

- 3D Isometric brawler.

- 4-player co op.

- Fight Selection. You can choose your opponent.

- 6 Selectable Main Characters. Can get more via DLC.

- 4 Selectable Support Characters (story mode only). Each Main Character can have only 1. These Characters can be used only twice per stage. Plus,they can only be playable for a short amount of time (there will be a timer). Also,the support characters will not appear in the cutscenes. But,on the bright side,these characters become Main Characters in other modes.

- Ultra Team Combos. A Powerful Double Team attack by the Main Character and their Support Character.

- Each Main and Support Character has 2 Special Moves and 1 Ultra Attack.

- Hyper Gauge. When this is full you can either do a Ultra Attack or an Ultra Team Combo. Build this up by beating on baddies.

- 4 Possible endings (1 good,3 bad).

Game Modes: The Modes of The Game.

Story Mode: The Main Mode. Up to 2 Players fight in an overhead arena. Last one standing wins. Support Characters are Not Main Characters in this mode. For 1 or 2 Players.

Rumble Arena: Same as Story mode,except no story. You can select your stage and you can battle the playable characters against each other. You can't fight the villians,but that's the only downside. This mode is for 2-4 players.

Tournament: Up to 8 fighters battle in a fighting tournament. For 1 or 2 Players. Battles take place in a fighting ring.

Create a Fighter: Create your own warrior for the Rumbe Arena and Tournament.

DLC Center: Download extra stuff for points.

Options: Change the game's settings.

Gotenks [super saiyan 3]: B-Team members Goten and Trunks fuse together to form Gotenks. Mega Man thought it would've been a good idea for the boys to become Super Saiyan 3 Gotenks for this mission. With Vegeta on vacation and Gohan taking care of his pregnant wife,Videl,Gotenks is the only Saiyan on this mission. Bass: Bass could care less about what happens to the World or the Captured allience members,but he is very annoyed by the high popularity of the Counter Allience and reluctantly joins Mega Man and Co on their mission. (special attacks: Bass Buster and Crescent Kick; ultra attack: Raging Demon)

Morrigan: Like with base,she can't stand the popularity of the Counter Allience,so she decides to join the mission to kill them. (special attacks: Shade Blade and Soul Fist; ultra attack: Soul Drain)


Sid: Yes,it's That Sid (the one from the american final fight). He team's up with Mega Man to ensure that the Counter Alliance is destroyed. The reason Sid wants these guys dead is because he sees them as a threat to the New Mad Gears,a Mafia that he co-owns with Edi. E. He's also homosexual. (special attacks: Chain Whip and Super Tazer; ultra attack:Amazing Acrobatics)


Krillin [support character]: Krillin comes out of retirement to help Mega Man. (special attacks: Kamehameha and Destructo Disk; ultra attack: Kamesen'nin Combo)

Abigail [support character]: Sid's big hot headed buddy. Also a member of the New Mad Gear Mafia. And Yeah,this is the same Abigail from Final Fight.(special attacks: Power Punch and Super Choke & Slam; ultra attack: Rage Beat Down)

Treble [support character]: Joins Morrigan and his Master,Bass. (special attack: Treble Blasts; ultra attack: Treble Maul)

The Counter Allience: The Evil.

Dr. Xander Theodore Right: This mysterious Scientist thinks that whatever he does is right (hence the name dr.right). He's an egomaniac who really hates Dr.Light and Mega Man (and everything they stand for). Created the Counter Alliance just to destroy everything that Dr.Light and Mega Man loves. He also aims to get rich and famous. What's his connection with Dr.Light and Mega Man?

Vinnie DeMaggio: Former member of a Los Angeles Gang called The Omega Mafia. This Modern Day Mafia looking guy is great with guns and is a Master of illegal activities. He left his old Mafia because he wasn't getting enough attention....attention that he's getting in Dr.Right's Counter Alliance.

Barreta: A leather clad gun toting woman with sunglasses and a long whip-like ponytail. She is a former scientist,who is awesome with a gun. Her tough girl attittude is what got her noticed by Dr. Right.

Richmond Homerun: This 20-year-old is a former Stoner turned Assassin. His main weapon is a big Katana,which he uses with extreme excellence. Richmond considers himself the "Modern Day Samurai" and it shows in his swordplay. This sunglasses sporting,leather jacket,wearing,spikey haired egomaniac joined Dr Right out of bordom.

Strippa and Ho: 2 engrish speaking Japanese Twins,who are master mischief makers. Some find them hilarious,while others find them annoying. Strippa has blonde hair and Ho has Purple hair. both wear unusual outfits. They joined Dr.Right's cause to cause more mayhem.

White Assassain: A Mysterious white cloaked assassain who works for Dr. Right. Like Homerun,he is skilled with a sword.But unlike Homerun,WA only kills for money,not for his own amusement.

Hellsider: An evil heavy metal rocker who has a fan following. He doesn't care about anyone else but himself and wants to make the world into a 2nd hell. He is great at breainwashing youth and loves doing so. He's also loves money. Besides his guitar,he also has a scythe. He was recruited by Dr.Right.

Zuda 5.1: A perversive Super Warrior Robot created by Dr. Right. Zuda 5.1 is Right's first successful Super Warrior Robot after 4 failed attempts.

The Fallen Ones: A group of heroes brainwashed by the Counter Allience. They are Ken the Black Ninja,Miyazaki the White Ninja,Inferna Allen a Former Cop turned Street Brawler,Cody the Street Fighter,Gideon Lightning an Ax wielding Dwarf from another world,Cylan Belmondo a Vampire Killer,and of course Goku,Sailor Moon,and Felicia of the Mega Allience.

Rightbots: Various robotic grunts created by Dr. Right. Appear in most stages.

The Story!

Opening: Mega Man arrives at Skull Fortress and thinks about what he's about to do (find data on the wily virus,so that dr.light can find a cure for it and maybe cure zero). Mega Man rushes to Skull Fortress. Mega Man destroys the remaining Robots guarding the fortress and heads to Wily's Master Lab to find some Data on the virus. He uses the master computer,but finds nothing on the Virus. A disappointed Mega Man leaves Skull Fortress. The Moment he leaves the Fortress,he is greeted by Francesca Doropie,who gives him some dire news: The Mega Allience has been captured by The Counter Alliance. Mega Man kicks himself for not going after them sooner (at the time he thought they were a minor threat).

Mega Man tells Doropie that he'll never underestimate any evil again. Later,Mega Man has assembled a meeting of the Alliance B-Team. So far Goten,Trunks,and Fransesca Doropie are the only 3 at the meeting. Mega asks where Vegeta and Gohan are? Trunks tels Mega that his Dads on Vacation and Gohan tells Mega that Gohan is looking after Videl in her pregnancy. Mega requests that Goten and Trunks become Super Saiyan 3 Gotenks,so that they'll have extra power,just incase.

Goten and Trunks do the fusion dance and become SSJ3 Gotenks. Doropie mentions that she heard that Counter Alliance have been spoted in Metro City. Mega decides to go there and get answers as to where the group has taken their friends. The Heroes leave for Metro City. The Alliance arrives and sees Bass and Morrigan battling and getting beat by Zuda 5.1,a super warrior Robot. Mega Man asks Bass and Morrigain what they are doing in Metro City? Morrigan tells Mega Man that they hate the Counter Alliance and decided to destroy them. Zuda is sees Mega Man and tells him that he has been waiting a while to destroy him. He mentions that he hates all that his Creator Dr.Right hates. Mega Man asks Zuda if he's partt of the Counter Alliance? Zuda nods and tells Mega that his Creator is the leader. Mega Man asks Zuda where his group took his friends? Zuda tells Mega Man that he'll tell Mega everything if he beats the Rightbots. Mega Man tells him fine. Bass gets upset and calls Zuda a coward for using grunts. Zuda tells Bass to get lost and that Mega Man is stronger and will make a better opponent.

Cutscene 1 : Zuda warns Mega Man to stay out of Dr.Right's way and teleports. Bass is pissed at the alliance for interfering. Mega Man tels Bass that he was loosing and had to help. Bass gets pissed and is about to attack,but Morrigan stops him telling him that they'll need their help destroying the Counter Alliance. Bass and Morrigan argue about it,but eventually Bass goes with Morrigan's plan and tells the Alliance that they Will join them. Sid suddenly arrives and tels the alliance that he wants in too. Sid claims that the Counter Alliance is a treat to The New Mad Gears. Mega Man reluctantly let's Sid join,claiming that they'll need all the help they can get.

Suddenly a small device appears and projects a hologram of Dr. Right. The evil scientist congratulates the Alliance for defeating Zuda,his prized warrior and challenges them to a fight with the counter alliance in specific locals. And that beating them all will grant the Mega Allience access to his fortress.

Mega Man demands to know what Right did with the Other Alliance members. Right tells him that they are being prepped for battle. Right tells Mega Man that he'll free their minds,if the heroes defeat him in combat. Dr.Right sends the Alliance the villians cordinance and wishes them luck in a mocking matter. the hologram fades away and the machine leaves. Mega Man tells his friends (and temp allies) that it's time for war.

From this moment on a Stage selection will be available. choose from 7 stages. With 1 that will be unlocked after the completion of the first 6 available levels. The stage select screen will be available after every stage is completed (or if you lose all of your lives and continue).

The evil scientist is very angry and perplexed at the fact that the Alliance defeated The Counter Alliance,but tells them all that,as promiced,he'll grant them access to his fortress...where they Will meet their end. Dr.Right sends the Alliance the fortress' cordinance and tells them that he's gonna enjoy seeing them destroyed. the hologram fades away and the machine leaves. Mega Man tells his friends (and temp allies) that it's time to end this..

Mega Man is angry.

Boss: Boss Rush vs The Brainwashed Alliance Members.

Note 3: You can either save or kill the brainwashed allience members. If you participate in this boss rush,the alliance will die. If you forgo this boss rush for the other,the heroes will survive.

Cutscene 6b: Mega Man and co defeat the alliance. When Mega Man finds out that they're dead,he gets saddened and then enraged and vows terrible vengence against Dr.Right.

Note: Dr.Right will fight you in mech that has 3 forms.

Cutscene 7: Dr.Right appeasrs in a Battle Mech and tells the Alliance that he's prepared gravesites for them,as well as Dr.Light. Mega Man asks Dr. Right who he is? and why he hates Dr.Light so much? Dr.Right confessess Mega Man that he is called Dr.Right because he's always right,and that his real name is Dr. Theodore Xander Light,Dr.Thomas Light's younger brother. This shocks the Alliance,though the others feel indifferent.

Dr.Right continues by saying that eversince they were kids,Thomas has suceeded him in everything and hated how he was constantly ignored and not well respected,while Thomas was. And thus an evil scientist is born. Dr.Right laughs evily and says that he will have his revenge this day and the world will be his....even moreso.

Good Ending (if you didn't go to the MA boss rush): After Right's defeat,Mega Man serverely threatens the evil scientist to undo the brainwashing he did on his friends. This shocks Doropie and Gotenks. The evil Doctor refuses,but after more threats from Mega Man,Dr.Right summons the Brainwashed alliance members and unbrainwashines them using a Bioprotocol disruptor (a raygun-esque device).

Mega Man tosses Dr.Right to the ground and as he's about to place him under arrest,Bass kills the mad scientist. Mega Man angrily tells his Rival that he didn't have to do that. Bass tells Mega Man that he'll deal with him later and once and for all prove that he is superior. Morrigan tells Mega Man that she will destroy the alliance before they whipe out the Darkstalkers...but that that's for another day. Bass and Morrigan leave. The Mad Gears leave too,but not before Mega Man thanks them and wanrs them to stay out of trouble..or else the Alliance will be there to stop them.

Mega Man,Doropie,and Gotenks are happy to have his friends back.

Later,the Mega Alliance are all standing on a rooftop watching the sunset. Vowing to fight for peace between Humans,Robots,Super Humans,Saiyans,Darkstalkers,Night Warriors,and Mutants. And that they'll do it forever more.

Later,Mega Man is watching the sunset ontop of a building and is met by Doropie. Mega Man realizes that he was a fool to think that forming a team of heroes was the best way to make the world better. Doropie tries to argue,but Mega Man snaps and tells her that the world is still as perverted as ever,despite the Mega Alliance. He than calls the Mega Alliance ineffective and says that he shoud've stuck to his initial plan. Mega then tells Doropie that he's disbanding the Alliance and will be executing his original plan. Doropie tries to reason with him,but fails.

Many Months Later,Mega Man becomes a Dark Vigilante,killing evil humans and destroying evil robots. He also fights his former teammates. Mega Man loves his vigilante role and will kill anyone who stands in his way (even his own friends and family)
